The proposed development was undertaken on 3 properties which were consolidated and rezoned to General Residential Zone to permit blocks of flats. Included in the rezoning application were a number of building line departures. Erf 1971 contained a church hall (demolished) and erven 9378 and 9379 were vacant.

  • Brief and advise the engineer on the required reports
  • Prepare application report with full motivation in terms of the Land Use Planning Ordinance
  • Submit the application and ensure its successful processing through the municipality
